Support groups

  • The Mind of Christ

This mental health support group is for those struggling with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, shame or anything else keeping them stuck in life. Come join us on the first Tuesday of every month in Wellspring's community room. Reach out to Justin Amos if you have any questions! / 816-261-9341

  • All In Support Group

This support group is for foster and adoptive families and for families parenting children with trauma who are looking for community and hope in their journey. The All In support group meets on the first Sunday of every month at 6pm. Reach out to Marissa Purvis! / 816-752-1855

  • Substance Addiction Support Group

For those who struggle with physical and behavioral addictions like alcohol, illegal and prescription drugs, nicotine, electronic devices or gambling. We focus on the assurance that help, hope and freedom all exist. Reach out to Randy Johnson if you wish to join this recovery group. / 816-262-1342

  • Recovering New Support Group

This support group helps men looking for community in the struggle against unwanted sexual behaviors. Reach out to Jeff Bridgeman if you wish to join this men's recovery group. / 816-558-5420

Women at the Well provides women of all ages opportunities to share about life and to spend time together in fun, casual settings. Meeting three to four times per year, gatherings include good food, games, and our annual Christmas Cookie Exchange.

Men's Encounter Weekend

Do you recognize a need for change, or feel stuck or stagnate in your faith? Maybe you need to say yes to Encounter weekend. By saying yes, you are designating space in your life to encounter Jesus.


This weekend is an opportunity to get away and meet with God. We will focus on the powerful truth of the gospel and its profound implication on our lives. We will hear testimonies and teachings from the Bible and learn to walk in the freedom that Jesus gives us.


Pre-registration cost of Encounter is $95.

General registration cost is $105.

volunteer opportunities

We have lots of volunteer opportunities at Wellspring! If you would like to volunteer on Sunday mornings, please email the respective leader.


Children's Ministry

- To become a teacher in one of our childcare rooms, please email either Brittney Robertson or Blayr Kennedy.

Hospitality Team

- If you have a gift in music and would like to be apart of our worship team, please talk to Kenny Atkins.
